Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days when coming from our U.S. facility. Overseas in-stock shipments can take 7–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Standard shipping in the U.S. typically arrives in 3–6 business days. International delivery varies by destination and customs. Note: this does not include packing and handling time.

Enjoy 14-day returns on unworn items in original packaging, unless stated otherwise. Customizable items, final-sale items, and worn earrings and shoes (for hygiene) are not returnable.

Exchanges on unworn items in original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking/exchange fee in the U.S. for the same item in a different size or color (stock permitting).

We primarily use 316L surgical-grade stainless steel (great daily-wear durability) and .925 sterling silver in select styles. Many gold pieces are gold plated over 316L for superior color hold.

Yes—316L stainless steel is widely considered skin-friendly. Sterling silver is generally nickel-safe by design. Sensitive-skin responses vary; if irritation occurs, discontinue wear and contact us.

316L with gold plating is sweat/water-resistant and highly color-stable. Sterling silver may naturally patina; a quick polish restores shine.

316L/PVD pieces: generally fine for everyday water/sweat. To maximize longevity, rinse after salt/chlorine, pat dry, and store clean. Sterling silver: minimize prolonged water exposure.

Wipe with a soft cloth after wear; avoid harsh chemicals (bleach, perfumes sprayed directly); store dry and separate to prevent scratches.
