We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Windows

Apparel, accessories, and non-jewelry items
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. -
Most jewelry
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, except for jewelry that is considered non-returnable (see “Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items” below).
Return requests must be submitted within the applicable window either:

Via your account’s Order Detail page, OR

By emailing us at hello@theglamcat.com.
If your return window has passed, we are unable to accept a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

In the same condition you received them
-
Unworn, unused, and unaltered

With all original tags attached
-
In the original packaging
-
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
All returns must be sent using the return shipping label we provide. Items sent back without first requesting a return or without using the provided return label will not be accepted.
Return shipments must be addressed to the address listed on the return shipping label we provide.
Fees, Shipping Costs & Refund Amount
Approved returns are subject to:

A 10% restocking fee, and
-
A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.00 (deducted from your refund)
In addition:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus:

Original shipping charges (if applicable)

The $7.00 return shipping fee, and
-
The 10% restocking fee
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@theglamcat.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will advise you on next steps and may waive certain fees at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Earrings and other pierced jewelry

Footwear / foot apparel

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
-
Custom or personalized products (special orders, monogrammed or made-to-order items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on:

Sale items / clearance items

Gift cards
If you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Request a return for the item you have.

Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
We do not guarantee availability of specific sizes or styles for exchange.
Refund Timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
